Effective Date: September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before participating in any auctions on BIDURS.
1. Mandatory Age Rule (18+ Only) & Identity Verification
18+ Age Requirement: Registration on BIDURS is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in auctions.
Mandatory DOB & Proof Entry: Every applicant must specify their genuine Date of Birth (DOB) and provide a valid government identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) during registration.
Strict Enforcement: Accounts created with invalid or underage birth dates (<18 years old) will be automatically blocked, and registration cannot proceed.
2. Auction Winners & Payment
The highest bidder at the end of the countdown timer is declared the official winner.
The highest bidder must complete full payment within the specified deadline shown on the auction result page.
If the highest bidder fails to pay within the deadline, the company is not responsible for reserving the product.
In the event of payment failure by the winner, the company reserves the right to offer the product to the next highest eligible bidder according to company rules.
If no eligible bidder completes payment, the auction may be cancelled or rescheduled at the company's discretion.
3. Subscription & Account Standing
An active subscription is required to participate in eligible auctions.
Subscriptions are valid for one month from the date of activation.
Repeated payment failures on won auctions may result in subscription suspension, termination, and restriction from participating in future auctions.
Subscribers can be suspended according to company norms if fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Technical Issues & Disruptions
Technical problems, server outages, or network disruptions may cause an auction to be stopped unexpectedly.
The company may stop an auction when necessary to preserve fairness.
An auction may be rescheduled or restarted if it is interrupted by technical issues.
The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding technical issues, payment failures, or any unforeseen circumstances. All such decisions are final and binding.
